Welcome! I'm Jincenzi Wu, a Ph.D. student in the Department of System Engineering & Engineering Management, ππ° The Chinese University of Hong Kong,
supervised by Prof. HELEN, Meiling Meng .
Before that, I worked as a research intern at CoAI affiliated with Tsinghua University, under the supervision of
Prof. Minlie Huang.
My Master's degree in Computer Engineering was earned at πΊπΈ New York University. Additionally,I earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from π¨π³ Southwest University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Information Technology from π¦πΊ Deakin University, where I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Prof. Lei Pan.
My research interests lie at the intersection of large language models, reinforcement learning, and social cognitive science. I am particularly focused on equipping language agents with human-like abilities, such as Theory of Mind and social intelligence. Ultimately, my goal is to build machines that can understand humans, emulate human reasoning and behaviour, and accompany humans as socially aware and trustworthy partners.
When I have the time, I enjoy deep divingπ€Ώ & tennis πΎ.
